Hi! I'm Laura. I'm a 29 year old wife and mother who is still learning how to be a wife and mother! I love Jesus and my family more than anything in this world.
At the young age of 19, I met Joe. Little did I know he would be my future husband and father of our amazing daughter. We officially started dating in November of 2003 and 7 long years later we were married on May 29, 2010. Our wedding was amazing and perfect and so much fun!
On October 7, 2010 we welcomed our daughter Olivia into the world. She has been the light and love of our lives! Being newlyweds and parents all in the same year was challenging but we are stronger for it.
My husband and I both work opposite shifts for a large financial corporation, this limits our time together but it keeps Olivia at home with one of us at all times.
We recently gave our lives to the Lord and are learning how to live by His word and walk this life with Jesus. We have found an amazing church family that is so loving and full of support. We feel 100% confident in our decision to become Christians and to raise our daughter according to the word.
I write about our life, our faith, our family and my journey to losing weight.
